Wellness is universally these days.


In today’s stressful, fast-speed world, taking care of yourself should be the main concern.

However, with the rising attractiveness of wellness appears a couple of not-so-encouraging progress as well. Specifically, that wellness became a business in itself.

As form my side, wellness everything that’s good for my physical and mental happiness. Mainly, healthy lifestyles that make me feel good. It’s not that difficult.


Healing, retreat, daily work out, healthy eating, meal discipline are extremely important, but there are a bunch of minor things we can do as well that provide vast fitness and wellness benefits.

Wellness doesn’t have to be time-consuming also. It can be as easy as a daily way of life that takes mostly 5 minutes or a smaller amount. And we all should have ultimately 5 minutes a day for our health.



SIMPLE WELLNESS lifestyle TO follow every day


  • Early in the morning drink a Big Glass of water.
  • Eating at least 1 piece of fruit every day.
  • Stretching exercises in daily routine at least 10 minutes.
  • Drink morning coffee without Sugar.
  • Standing position for 2 minutes for every 1 Hour.
  • Every time you receive calls and walk-in a safe office area.
  • Use Vitamin-E face cream in Night as an overnight mask.
  • Take Light food at Night.
  • Open the window for taking fresh air circulation in the living room.
  • Burn Essesntionl sense oils in the room to transform the great mood.
  • Drink loose leaf Green tea without mixing any other additives for taste.
  • Use steps except for elevators as a Health boosting exercise.
  • Brush daily with chemical-free tooth solutions. Also, Dry Brushing once a day.
  • Practice deep breathing or Mediation for at least 15 Minutes.
  • Be kind for all the above daily routines.





All the above are all so simple
