The Ayurveda - tradition of medicine dating back to 5,000 years, is still extremely relevant.

Our Indian Ministry of AYUSH also recommends the following self-care guidelines for preventive health measures and boosting immunity with special reference to respiratory health. These are supported by Ayurvedic literature and scientific publications.

Recommended Measures / अनुशंसित उपाय

General Measures / सामान्य उपाय :-

1. Drink light warm water throughout the day with GIT-14 because of GIT 14 can change the common purified water into herbal alkaline water. ( जीआईटी -14 के साथ पूरे दिन हल्का गर्म पानी पिएं क्योंकि जीआईटी 14 में आम शुद्ध पानी को हर्बल क्षारीय पानी में बदल सकते हैं। )

2. Daily practice of Yogasana, Pranayama and meditation for at least 30 minutes as advised by Ministry of AYUSH ( आयुष मंत्रालय द्वारा दी गयी सलाह के अनुसार योगासन, प्राणायाम और कम से कम 30 मिनट के लिए दैनिक अभ्यास। )

3. Spices like Haldi (Turmeric), Jeera (Cumin), Dhaniya (Coriander), and Lahsun (Garlic) are recommended in cooking but all these are pure & organic. Simple Ayurvedic Procedures / सरल आयुर्वेदिक प्रक्रियाएं :-

1. Nasal application - Apply sesame oil/coconut oil or Ghee in both the nostrils (Pratimarsh Nasya) in the morning and evening. (नाक का अनुप्रयोग - तिल का तेल / नारियल का तेल या घी दोनों नथुने (प्रतिमा नस्य) में सुबह और शाम लगायें। )

2. Oil pulling therapy- Take 1 tablespoon sesame or coconut oil in the mouth. Do not drink, Swish in the mouth for 2 to 3 minutes and spit it off followed by a warm water rinse. This can be done once or twice a day. (ऑयल पुलिंग थेरेपी- 1 बड़ा चम्मच तिल या नारियल का तेल मुंह में लें। नहीं पीते हैं, 2 से 3 मिनट के लिए मुंह में घुमाएं और इसे थूक दें, इसके बाद गर्म पानी से कुल्ला करें। यह दिन में एक या दो बार किया जा सकता है।)

During dry cough / sore throat / सूखी खांसी / गले में खराश के दौरान:-

1. Steam inhalation with fresh Pudina (Mint) leaves or Ajwain (Caraway seeds) can be practiced once in a day. ( ताजे पुदीना (पुदीना) के पत्तों या अजवाईन (कैरवे के बीजों) के साथ भाप से साँस लेना एक दिन में एक बार अभ्यास किया जा सकता है। )

2. Lavang (Clove) powder mixed with natural honey can be taken 2-3 times a day in case of cough or throat irritation. (लवंग (लौंग) पाउडर को प्राकृतिक शहद के साथ मिलाकर दिन में 2-3 बार खांसी या गले में जलन होने पर लिया जा सकता है। )

3. These measures generally treat normal dry cough and sore throat. However, it is best to consult doctors if these symptoms persist. ( ये उपाय आम तौर पर सामान्य सूखी खांसी और गले में खराश का इलाज करते हैं। हालांकि, इन लक्षणों के बने रहने पर डॉक्टरों से परामर्श करना सबसे अच्छा है। ) 

Increase your immunity as the above measures can be followed to the extent possible as per an individual’s convenience. ( अपनी इम्यूनिटी उर्फ़ प्रतिरक्षा को बढ़ाएं जोकि उपरोक्त उपायों का पालन दवारा किसी व्यक्ति की सुविधा के अनुसार संभव हो सकता है। )

Does Chemical Free exist in real ?

Too many days ago, I saw that on the surprise of some peoples want to go chemical-free. Is this possible?

Too many companies promote their products like chemical-free beauty products, chemical-free cleaning products, and generally say that living a wonderful chemical-free life.

Always remember, every penny of rupee you spend is a make your choice for the type of world you desire to live in.

Every day we’re enclosed by definitely some hazardous chemicals we can’t see and ignore them. They’re in the foodstuff we consume, the garments we wear, the lotions we use and the air we breathe. But ever thought by you that how do you start your life towards a chemical-free life? 

Chemical does not equal toxic. Chemical-free does not equal organic, natural, or even safe. Chemical-free doesn’t mean anything.

Always Keep in your mind that “CHEMICAL-FREE” does not exist & not an actual real thing.

Every time a saw these wordings, again and again, it made me a special type of frustration.

The foodstuff you’re intake into your body is made up of chemicals. Pure water is made up of chemicals. The air you’re breathing is made up of chemicals. Your body is composed of chemical compounds. A chemical is basically any substance made of matter. 

• That water you’re drinking? Chemicals. Hydrogen and oxygen. Two parts hydrogen to one part oxygen, otherwise known as H2O.
• That salt you’ve just sprinkled on your breakfast eggs? Chemicals. Sodium and chlorine.
• The very air you’re breathing? Chemical – oxygen.

You want to know in reality what is chemical-free and its answer is Energy or Light.

Chemical-free is thus only an advertising claim, building on people’s fears of confusing toxins, poisons, and diseases and making them buy actually particular company products for cleaner and well again. Chemical-free is like the phrase ‘natural’. Just because something is natural doesn’t mean that it’s safe. Lead is natural – are you going to add that to your diet?

I don’t have whatever thing against the above matter.

Let’s I want to just describe it “MORE NATURAL” way of life. 

There are some elements I avoid, some fabrics I never buy, some foodstuff and additives I never eat because I don’t faith in them moreover.

That doesn’t mean that something natural is wonderful and anything synthetic is the work of the evil spirit. Chemical and Natural both are mutually exclusive things and suggesting otherwise just go ahead to public misunderstanding of basic science as well as an increased weakness to scare tactics and fake-scientific misleading advertising claims.

Especially in these days, more puzzling, and type of unregulated area of natural products in local & high-end market especially in Network Marketing / Direct Selling industries. This is a very important issue and should be discussed a lot more regularly. We deserve truthfulness and not this misleading advertising bullshits. But I will say, that just because I think the business strategy is a bit suspect, that doesn’t mean the products necessarily are.
